Why Futon Mattresses Are King
When you go from an old mattress to a new one, you will probably like it no matter what you choose. However, I would encourage you to try a futon mattress for several reasons. The first and foremost reason is because they are flat out comfortable. The second reason is that you can use them with greater flexibility than a traditional mattress. Another reason to go for a futon bed is because they are less expensive. With all these reasons combined, futon mattresses beat a conventional mattress hands down. There used to be better reasons to choose a traditional style of bed, but with the advancement in futon manufacturing and design, these reasons are all but gone. You could still find a cheap futon somewhere that has poor padding, a bad frame and is made to sub-par standards, but that is more a function of the company who made the product and not the futon itself.
