When it comes to the Wii, there are many different styles of games. There are the traditional platformer games, action games, kids games, and classic games. But, the most popular Wii games are definitely Wii fitness games.

I would consider any game that gets you up off of the couch and moving to be a Wii Fitness game. Wii Sports, the game that comes with the Wii, allows you to stand up and participate in a variety of sports games, mimicking the actions required for each sport: baseball, tennis, bowling and more.

The most popular fitness-oriented Wii game is obviously the Wii Fit. As more and more games come out supporting the Wii Fit balance board, the more opportunities there will be to get some exercise, enjoying your video games ,and get in shape. Game on!
