Symptoms of Hemroids
The most obvious symptom is pain while having bowel movements. In addition, you may have blood on the stools or in the bowl after using the toilet. Most people don’t even have pain from internal hemroids, but blood is visible. But left untreated, an internal hemroid can extrude from the anal cavity and then become external or what is referred to as prolapsed. When it is prolapsed, it can be seen or felt as a lump. It’s when hemroids become external that they become most uncomfortable and cause the most problems for people. When hemroids are in the anal cavity, they are somewhat protected, but outside they are subject to a lot more irritation.
So if you think you may have internal hemroids, make sure not ignore them or they could go on to cause you much more trouble in the future. A quick consultation with your doctor will help you determine what is the best hemroid treatment option to pursue.
