If you like the look of your outdoor teak furniture when it is brand new, it is relatively easy to keep it looking that way with a little regular maintenance. Key on this list is to wash it with warm soap and water and then to apply a sealer about once a year. Follow the directions of the sealer to get the best effect. If the wood is in a very aged state, you can even restore it with a good sanding to get down to “new” wood.
