Network Marketing Leads’ Most Important Trait
There are several traits that a successful MLM network marketing person needs to get to the top. They have to be comfortable talking to people because this is how you build the relationships that are necessary for the conversion of prospects into members. They also need to be self-starters. At the beginning it is expected that you will work with your down line to train them in the business and show them the ropes. There is nothing wrong with this but there has to be a point where your members take the bull by the horns and run with the ball on their own. You can’t continue to babysit other people.
These two traits are important but the most important is the ability to bounce back from rejection. When you are prospecting for network marketing leads look for people who have shown they can overcome adversity and keep on slogging ahead. MLM is a number game and that means you will get rejected a lot more than you will convert successfully. You need people who can deal with this and keep positive about the business.
