My “New” Outdoor Dining Furniture Deal
I like to write about amazing finds I snag at yard sales and estate sales. It isn’t to brag, but rather to point out to others that they can save enormous amounts of money if they just look around a bit and are willing to buy something that is “like new” instead of new. For me, the lack of a price tag just isn’t that big of a deal.
This week I found some wonderful outdoor dining furniture that has spent the last few years under plastic on an older couple’s screened in porch. The set that would have cost at least a couple of hundred dollars brand new, was sold to me for only ten dollars because the couple was moving to an apartment. They told me (and I believe them) that the entire set was used less than five times since they bought it. Deals like that make going out on weekend mornings well worth the trip!
