Jump Higher

Lets take a minute to look at a few exercises that you can do to teach you how to jump higher.

Jump Squats:  To do jump squats get a chair that is about knee height and sit down.  From this seated position you are going to explode into a jump reaching as high as you can.  You are only going to do 8 of these and then rest until your legs feel fresh before doing another set.  The rest will usually be about 2 or 3 minutes.  You will do 4 sets of these.

Wall Touches:  In this exercise you will pick a spot on the wall that is very high and that you can barely reach when you jump your highest.  You will then jump 8 times as fast as possible trying to touch that spot each time.  The less time on the ground the better with this exercise.
