Chest Workout

Are you looking for the best chest workout that you can do from home?  There are many chest workout routines and the key is switching between them in order to get the desired results.  I am going to share one workout with you here.  In order to build the chest you need to put it under stress that it is not used to.  This is the only way that any muscle will grow.  The human body is built to endure and become accostume to anything that it does over time.  So if you are doing 3 sets of 10, your body will adapt and stop giving you the results that you desire.  So to get out of the normal routine you need to shock the chest by doing super high reps of pushups.  This is only for 2-3 weeks though!  The goal is to do 30 push ups each minute for 7 minutes.  It doesn’t matter how many you do at a time, just do 30 each minute and try to get you time down to 7 minutes.
