Can I Make a Living in Vending?

It is actually possible to replace your current salary with vending but it’s not as easy as you may have been lead to believe. Let’s assume you’re going to have primarily double head machines and that you’re able to make the national average of $7 per head and that you have about 25% in product costs which is about average (but varies according to what you vend). 100 double head machines would make $1400 a month gross. Take out the 25% in expenses and you now have a net of $1050, not exactly a living wage, but if you multiply this by 4 so that you have 400 machines this is now looking closer to a living wage. Managing 400 – 800 machines is easily a realistic goal for one person since the machines only need to be service every 60 days or sometimes even longer.
